Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. We put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add egg, starch, sugar and coconut chips to it. We rub everything together. This will be the filling.

2. From the prepared filling, we form small balls (no more than 3 cm in diameter), spread on a small baking sheet covered with parchment and put it in the freezer for half an hour.

3. Now let's do the test. Mix all the bulk ingredients except sugar in a suitable container.

4. Butter at room temperature is ground with ordinary and vanilla sugar. Break the egg into the mixture and beat everything well together.

5. In small parts, we introduce flour mixture into the oil mixture and pour kefir. Stir everything until smooth.

6. We put a tablespoon of dough into the molds, put the frozen balls of the filling on top, pressing them in, and another tablespoon of dough on top.

7. We put the cupcakes to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
