Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the cake, prepare everything you need. Use flour of the highest grade. It must be sifted through a sieve to saturate with oxygen and combine with soda and vanilla. Sifting will add splendor to the finished biscuit. Eggs use categories C1.
Step 2:
Pour milk (of any fat content) into a separate ladle and add butter. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil over low heat so that the butter completely melts.
Step 3:
In a whipping bowl, combine the eggs with sugar. Beat everything together at the maximum speed of the mixer for 5-7 minutes, until a lush, light mass is obtained. The beaten eggs will become a little thicker.
Step 4:
Add the flour mixture to the beaten eggs alternately, in several steps, and pour in the hot milk mixture. Carefully mix everything into each other with a whisk, manually.
Step 5:
The finished dough should remain fluffy and airy due to well-beaten eggs. There will be a lot of dough, so initially the bowl should be of large volume.
Step 6:
Pour the finished dough onto 3 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake each biscuit in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Be guided by your oven. The finished biscuits will be a pleasant golden color.
Step 7:
Cool the biscuits.
Step 8:
One and a half biscuits will go to the bottom, the main part of the machine. And cut the rest of the biscuit into pieces suitable for the remaining parts. It should turn out, approximately, as in the photo.
Step 9:
To prepare the cream, you will need heavy cream with a fat content of at least 33%, and powdered sugar. Combine the cream with powdered sugar and whisk into a fluffy, stable cream.
Step 10:
Soak the machine biscuits with any syrup or just water and smear with cream. So assemble the typewriter.
Step 11:
Heat the chocolate together with the cream so that it completely melts. Then cool it and, if necessary, keep it in the refrigerator so that you can draw with chocolate. Draw eyes, windows and a smile on the typewriter.
Step 12:
Fill your eyes, smile and windows with white cream.
Step 13:
Then, using food coloring, make a colored cream. For example, yellow. And decorate the car from all sides.
Step 14:
A little black cream on the wheels and blue for decoration. Put the finished machine in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it is well soaked and the cream freezes.
Step 15:
Also, you can make a pink typewriter. Cook with pleasure!
If desired, berries or fruits can be added to the filling.
