Step 1:
If you want to cook fast and inexpensive pastries, then sour cream cookies are a great option. This cookie is prepared without eggs and margarine, only sour cream, flour, sugar, soda and a little vegetable oil, and a pinch of vanilla for flavor. So, we will prepare the necessary products according to the list.
Step 2:
Mix 2 cups of flour with soda.
Step 3:
Separately, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for a minute.
Step 4:
In the process of whipping, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the sour cream.
Step 5:
Then pour flour and soda into the sour cream, continuing to knead with a mixer – this will be faster.
Step 6:
When the dough becomes thick, turn off the mixer and continue to knead with a spoon, pouring out the remaining flour with soda.
Step 7:
Next, the dough will be already dense and it needs to be kneaded with your hands. Knead, adding a little more of the remaining flour without soda, so that the dough does not stick to your hands. We leave a little flour for rolling out the dough.
Step 8:
Form a lump from the dough and put it on a floured table.
Step 9:
First we flatten the sour cream dough a little.
Step 10:
Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin about half a centimeter thick.
Step 11:
We cut out various figures from the rolled dough with molds.
Step 12:
Grease the baking sheets with the remaining vegetable oil and lay out figures of sour cream dough on them.
Step 13:
Pre-turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees, after which we put baking trays with cookies in it for 15 minutes.
Step 14:
After 15 minutes, the cookies in a hurry on sour cream are ready.
Step 15:
Transfer the sour cream cookies from the baking sheet to a plate and let it cool. We serve cookies with tea or coffee.
