Cooking method
1.It is necessary to prepare all the ingredients. Cut the butter into pieces and place it in an iron container. Put on a minimum heat and heat up slightly. Stir with a spoon to make the butter soft.
2.In a large bowl, sift 2/3 of the wheat flour. Put the butter in the flour, stir with a spoon. If there is no butter, then it can be replaced with margarine.
3.Milk is also heated in an iron mug, or in a microwave oven. Pour the milk into the dough, mix the mass until smooth.
4.Now pour sugar and vanilla into the dough on the tip of a knife. Add the rest of the flour and mix with a spoon until a sticky but thick consistency is formed. If desired, you can use powdered sugar, and instead of vanilla, you can add any essence or citrus zest.
5.Turn on the oven, preheat to a temperature of 180 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a pastry bag, collect the dough, squeeze it onto a baking sheet in the form of figures of any shape.
6.Cookies are baked in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Turn off the oven, take out the baking tray and transfer the cookies to a plate. Cool and serve to the table in a warm form with tea or coffee. Enjoy your meal!
It is very important not to over-dry such cookies so that they remain sandy and not hard. Therefore, you can not leave it either in the oven or on a hot baking sheet. It is very convenient to work with the dough, it is stirred with a spoon, so you do not need to use a mixer. The products do not spread out during heating in the oven, and very tasty cookies are obtained. Such pastries can be given to children at school, taken with them to work or to visit.
