Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

The butter must be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to soften. Put the butter in the bowl of the mixer and cover with sugar, whisk everything together for 1-2 minutes. Then break the egg and beat again for a minute. We do the same with the rest of the eggs - we break them in turn and beat them all together with a mixer for a minute.

Now add the vanilla, mix thoroughly (you can beat it again). At the same time, turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius. The cake pan is lubricated with a small piece of butter.

Sift both types of flour together with soda and baking powder into a separate container, then pour salt and mix everything well. The next step is to start pouring flour into the oil mixture and introducing sour milk. Both the mixture and the milk are added in three passes, after each time mixing the mass. That is, add a third of the flour, mix, pour in a third of the sour milk, mix again. Etc.

We spread the dough into the prepared form and put it in the preheated oven. Bake the cupcake for 50 minutes. It may take a little more or a little less time. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer (when piercing the cake, the skewer should remain dry).

Turn off the heating, remove the mold from the oven, let the cupcake cool down right in it.

After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Also, for decoration, instead of sprinkling with powdered sugar, you can prepare lemon or chocolate glaze

.Now you can serve the cupcake to the table.

Have a nice tea party and good mood!
