Step 1:
Melting cookies in your mouth can be prepared quite inexpensively in just 40 minutes. To do this, we will need 200 grams of margarine, 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, as a baking powder – half a teaspoon of soda and a third of a teaspoon of citric acid. Cut the margarine into several pieces, combine the egg with sour cream and vanilla sugar.
Step 2:
Pour the flour into a container, add powdered sugar, soda and citric acid to it.
Step 3:
Mix the dry flour mixture well with a spoon.
Step 4:
Mix the egg with sour cream and vanilla sugar and lightly beat with a fork until smooth.
Step 5:
Put the pieces of margarine in the flour mixture and begin to knead them intensively, mixing with flour.
Step 6:
As a result of mixing in about three minutes we will get a crumb.
Step 7:
Pour the egg mixture into the crumbs of flour and margarine.
Step 8:
Knead the dough with your hands.
Step 9:
Knead the dough quickly, as the margarine melts. 3 minutes is enough.
Step 10:
Then sprinkle the table with flour, put a lump of dough on it and roll it out with a rolling pin about 3-4 mm thick.
Step 11:
Evenly sprinkle the rolled dough layer with sugar.
Step 12:
With a rolling pin, lightly press the sugar into the surface of the dough so that it does not crumble.
Step 13:
Cut the rolled dough into small lozenges.
Step 14:
Put the figures from the dough on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to grease the baking sheet with fat, since the dough is greasy and it will not stick when baking. You can only lightly sprinkle a dry baking sheet with flour.
Step 15:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the filled baking sheets in it.
Step 16:
Bake cookies for 20 minutes.
Step 17:
Transfer the cookies to a dish and let it cool.
Step 18:
The finished margarine cookies will be light, can only be slightly browned at the edges.
