Quick recipe for cookies that melt in your mouth, made of margarine dough. The recipe is very successful, the cookies are really in a hurry. The dough turns out to be shortbread, the cookies from it are very tasty, crumbly and not hard – it melts in the mouth. Margarine does not need to be melted, it is easily and quickly kneaded by hands in flour. From such a dough, you can cut out different figures, but it is faster to cut it with a curly wheel.

To do this, we will need 200 grams of margarine, 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, as a baking powder – half a teaspoon of soda and a third of a teaspoon of citric acid. Cut the margarine into several pieces, combine the egg with sour cream and vanilla sugar.

    Pour the flour into a container, add powdered sugar, soda and citric acid to it.

    Mix the dry flour mixture well with a spoon.
