Cooking method
1 Grease the mold, preferably split, with vegetable oil. You can sprinkle with flour.
2 Beat the melted butter with sugar.
3 Continuing to beat, add one egg at a time.
4 In a separate container, mix the sifted flour, starch, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter-egg mixture. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
5 Pour into a mold and smooth out.
6 Cut the peaches into thin plates. I had a summer preparation - frozen.
7 Press the peaches into the dough with an edge.
8 Bake at 175C for 25-30 minutes.
