Step-by-step cooking
I really like sausages in puff pastry. I often cook this food for dinner for my husband and sometimes I allow myself to eat them at night - they are very tasty. If you want to please your loved ones with delicious pastries, follow the simple instructions of the recipe. We begin the preparation of this dish by preparing all the ingredients. To do this, cut the pickled cucumbers lengthwise into 4-8 parts (it all depends on the size of the cucumbers). Then cut the hard or semi-hard cheese into thin plates. After that, we take the dough and roll it into a layer about 3 millimeters thick. Next, cut the dough into strips 3-4 centimeters wide and wrap each defrosted sausage in such a strip of dough along with carrots, cheese or cucumber (of your choice). Now we put our products on a greased baking sheet and put them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. After this time, we put the finished sausages in puff pastry on a dish and serve them to the table.
