Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out a little.
Step 2:
Cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm (or what kind of die-cut you have, a glass, or you can make baskets square, hearts, etc.) and transfer to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 3:
Make smaller notches on the dough pieces (here the diameter is 4.5 cm) to the bottom.
Step 4:
Lubricate the rings with beaten egg without touching the middle and joint. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 5:
Wash and cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
Step 6:
Peel and chop the onion finely.
Step 7:
Melt the butter over low heat and fry the onion until soft.
Step 8:
Add mushrooms. Fry, stirring, until the juice appears. Add salt and pepper.
Step 9:
Add garlic to the mushrooms and evaporate the liquid.
Step 10:
Add sour cream, flour, mix, warm well.
Step 11:
In the finished baskets, press the center.
Step 12:
Fill the baskets with mushroom filling.
