Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Measure the ingredients. Take out the butter and condensed milk 2-3 hours before kneading. If it doesn't work out, heat the oil a little in the oven (or on the stove, battery, microwave, etc.), and let the condensed milk be cold. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
Step 2:
Put the butter in a dough bowl (or mixer bowl).
Step 3:
Add flour to the butter. It is better, of course, to sift it.
Step 4:
Add condensed milk to flour and butter.
Step 5:
Knead the dough. With a spoon, it is kneaded no worse than a mixer. You can add 1 egg and 1 tsp baking powder to the dough. So the cookies are stored longer, and the texture is slightly different. Let's just say two recipes in one. And in the egg version, you need a little more flour.
Step 6:
Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour (called a French shirt).
Step 7:
Form cookie balls with your hands. The dough is not sticky. Leave 2-3 cm between the cookies so that they do not stick together when they float a little in the oven.
Step 8:
Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. The baking time depends on the size of the cookies.
Enjoy!
