Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products for making Honey Cupcakes. Flour must be pre-sifted.
Step 2:
In a deep bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda or baking powder, vanilla.
Step 3:
Add egg, sour milk or kefir, honey to this mixture.
Step 4:
Mix all this mixture thoroughly with a fork for 3-5 minutes until a tender, homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 5:
I have silicone molds for children, with a pattern on the bottom. Cupcakes will be of different shapes and with different patterns. Therefore, I lightly lubricate the bottom and sides of the molds with vegetable oil, sprinkle the bottom with seeds, and then fill the dough with half the height of the molds. If you have standard identical cupcake molds, then you will first fill them with dough, and then sprinkle seeds or nuts on top of the dough.
Step 6:
Let the filled molds stand for a while. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. During baking, the products increase in size by 1.5-2 times. I have 14 pieces of cupcakes from the specified number of products.
Step 7:
This is how the finished cupcake looks in the cut. Have a nice tea party!
