Cooking method
Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, dry yeast, mix. Pour warm water into the dry ingredients, lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and knead the elastic dough. We leave the dough in a warm place for half an hour, having previously divided it into two parts.
For the filling, put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, grated cheese, garlic squeezed through a press, dried marjoram and chopped dill. Mix all the ingredients, salt to taste.
We roll out each part of the dough into a thin layer, giving it a round shape. We place one layer on a baking sheet, spread the filling on top, distribute evenly over the base. Cover the filling with a second layer, pinch the edges, make punctures on the surface with a fork.
Leave the workpiece for 15 minutes, then lubricate with melted butter and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can serve focaccia to the first courses instead of bread, as well as independently or with vegetables.
