Step 1:
For the dough, mix warm milk and yeast. Leave until the yeast is completely dissolved.
Step 2:
In another bowl, combine the eggs with sugar.
Step 3:
Mix milk and eggs.
Step 4:
Sift the flour, add the egg-milk mixture to it and knead.
Step 5:
Melt the butter, cool it slightly and add it to the dough. Mix the butter well into the dough.
Step 6:
Knead the dough well on the table.
Step 7:
Cover the dough with a damp towel and leave it warm for 1 hour until it grows 2 times.
Step 8:
For the filling, mix cinnamon and sugar.
Step 9:
Chop the chocolate and nuts.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough into a layer of about 5 mm, brush with soft butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Step 11:
Spread chocolate and nuts evenly over the dough.
Step 12:
Wrap all this happiness in a tight roll.
Step 13:
Cut the roll into portions of equal height and place the barrels to each other in a form with sides. Give the buns time to proofing (at least 10 minutes) and bake (180 degrees and 25 minutes is enough).
Step 14:
If desired, lubricate the finished hot rolls with mascarpone cheese or homemade cream cheese. If you do not lubricate the rolls with cheese - before baking, lubricate them with egg whipped with milk. So they will be glossy and very beautiful.
Step 15:
Let the buns cool down quite a bit, and then - fly in and don't yawn, especially if the family is happy (which means big).
