Cooking method
1. My meat, cut arbitrarily, grind with a meat grinder.
2. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
3. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, grate them on a coarse grater.
4. In a large bowl, combine minced meat, onions and potatoes, add salt and pepper, mix. The filling is ready!
5. The dough is divided into two parts, one of which is rolled out thinly and placed in a baking dish.
6. We spread the filling on the base, roll out the rest of the dough and cover the pie with it. The edges of the lower and upper layers are gently pinched with your fingers.
7. Break the egg into a bowl, whisk with a fork, lubricate the surface of the pie with it.
8. Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
