Cooking method
1. Persimmon is washed, peeled, cut arbitrarily, crushed with a blender in puree.
2. Put butter at room temperature in a bowl, break an egg into it and pour sugar, beat with a mixer until a homogeneous fluffy mass.
3. Pour nutmeg, cinnamon, baking powder into the dough, spread the fruit puree, mix thoroughly.
4. Pour flour into the resulting mass and knead a soft plastic dough.
5. Using a pastry syringe, we spread the cookies on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
We serve cookies on the table, have a nice tea party!
