Step 1:
Prepare the products required by the recipe. Eggs and kefir for better mixing should be at room temperature, butter should be softened beforehand.
Step 2:

Add kefir and milk, mix until smooth.
Step 9:
Gradually introduce the remaining flour.
Step 10:
Manually knead the dough.
Step 11:
Roll out the resulting dough into a layer at least 1 cm thick .
Step 12:
Using the mold to cut cakes (you can use a glass or cup).
Step 13:
Put the cakes on a greased baking sheet.
Step 14:
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees, preventing the formation of a golden crust. This is necessary in order for the cakes to remain soft.
