Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare an apple pie with frozen cranberries, you need to prepare the specified ingredients. Melt butter in a water bath or in the microwave in the "defrost" mode, cool. Pre-remove the eggs from the refrigerator. A medium-sized apple. Cranberries must first be removed from the freezer.
Step 2:
Wash the cranberries, select garbage (if any) and leaves, leave at room temperature so that it thaws. It is better to drain the released liquid.
Step 3:
Sift flour, enriching it with oxygen, to get an air dough, mix in a separate bowl with baking powder and vanilla, you can use vanilla sugar.
Step 4:
Break eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar and beat everything together with a mixer or a hand whisk (to foam, about five minutes).
Step 5:
Add the melted and cooled butter, milk, without ceasing to beat. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix everything thoroughly. You will get an elastic dough without lumps.
Step 6:
Cover the form with baking paper. I use a detachable mold with a diameter of nineteen centimeters. Pour the dough into the mold, leveling with a spatula so that it fills the mold evenly.
Step 7:
Wash and peel the apples. Cut out the core, cut into slices and lay out in a circle, slightly pressing into the dough.
Step 8:
Spread the thawed berry evenly on the pie. Sprinkle with sugar. If desired, you can use brown sugar.
Step 9:
Bake apple pie with frozen cranberries in a preheated 180 g oven for 40 - 45 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer - if it comes out dry from the middle of the pie, then the pie is ready. When serving, sprinkle the finished cake (optional) with powdered sugar.
