Cooking method
Lush yeast pies with mushrooms are good even for tea, even for the first course instead of bread.
Prepare the dough.
1. Warm up the milk so that it is warm. Add sugar, salt and yeast to a glass of milk, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and let the mixture bubble up.
2. Mix the rest of the warm milk with eggs, melted butter.
3. When the yeast is suitable, pour it into this mixture.
4. Gradually add flour, knead uncool dough. Put it in a warm place for 2 hours, after an hour it should rise - knock it out.
Take care of the filling.
1. Heat a frying pan with oil.
2. Fry the chopped onion until transparent.
3. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan, fry until tender.
5. Cool it down.
Divide the dough into small balls - the size of a chicken egg, roll out each ball and lay out the filling. Pinch the edges, you can leave a hole in the center. Place on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg and put in the oven, which turn on 170 degrees. While it is heating up, the pies will rise. Bake until golden brown (20-25 minutes depending on the oven).
