    To prepare a snack pie with melted cheese, we need to take the products according to the list: for the dough – 300 g flour, 150 g margarine, 4 tbsp kefir, 0.5 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt; for the filling – 2 processed cheese, preferably pasty, 300 g onion, 3 eggs, a bunch of greens, 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying and a pinch of salt.

    Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and put margarine in it. If it is frozen, then you can grate it into flour on a grater, and if it has lain at room temperature, then just mash it with your hands with the flour mixture into a crumb.

    Pour kefir into a crumb of flour and margarine.

    Quickly knead the shortbread dough with your hands.

    Roll the dough into a ball and leave to rest.

    Cover the bowl with the dough with a film and place it in the refrigerator.

    While the dough is cooling, we start filling. Cut the onion into half rings.

    Put the chopped onion in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.

    Fry the onion over low heat, stirring, until browning, it will take 10 minutes.

    Chilled processed cheeses are rubbed on a coarse grater.

    Finely chop the greens.

    Mix fried onions with grated processed cheeses.

    Add chopped herbs to the cheese and onion mixture, mix.

    We drive eggs into the filling.

    Lightly salt the filling and mix well again.

    We take the dough out of the refrigerator, put it in a baking dish and knead it with our hands right in the mold so that it covers the bottom with an even layer. We make the sides, about 2 cm high. The mold does not need to be lubricated, the dough is quite greasy, it is easily separated from the walls.

    Spread the filling of melted cheese and onions on top of the dough.

    Carefully bend the sides away from the walls of the mold and slightly wrap them on the filling to make a rim around the circumference of the pie.

    Place the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

    After 40 minutes, the form with the finished snack cake is removed from the oven.

    We release the pie from the mold and carefully transfer it to the grill to cool down faster.
