Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a casserole of pasta with sausages? Before cooking, prepare and measure all the necessary products. Try to choose sausages with the most natural composition: without preservatives and flavor enhancers. Free each one from its individual shell. I will use tricolor pasta with natural vegetable dyes (beets, carrots and spinach). But you can also use ordinary pasta.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a small saucepan, bring filtered water to a boil. Add salt and put the pasta to boil. Cook the pasta for 8-9 minutes until al-dente (soft on the outside, but a little hard on the inside). We will also bake pasta in the oven, so they will reach full readiness there. Since the quality of pasta is different for everyone, use the cooking instructions on the packaging of your pasta. Toss the pasta in a colander.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Grease the baking dish with a drop of sunflower oil and distribute half of the boiled pasta first. Spread the sausages in one layer on top, cut into circles half a centimeter high. My form is 18 centimeters in outer diameter.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Spread the remaining half of the boiled pasta over the sausages.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs and a pinch of salt until smooth. This is convenient to do with a regular fork.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour the resulting mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle the casserole with finely grated cheese on top. Bake the dish in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 20 minutes before the cheese browns.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Serve the casserole hot with a salad of fresh vegetables.

A simple version of the casserole from the usual ingredients for every day. The use of multicolored pasta provides an interesting cut of the finished casserole. Well, sausages with pasta are always delicious.

Bon appetit!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use the useful information about the features of ovens !

Any heat-resistant mold is suitable for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, then you do not need to smear it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly lubricate metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baking does not burn.

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
