Onions and mushrooms are cut into a small cube.
Step 3:
Fry the onion in butter until soft, add the mushrooms and fry them until tender.
Step 4:
Blanch fresh spinach for 2-3 minutes, flip it on a sieve and squeeze thoroughly. Finely chop the pressed spinach. Frozen spinach is simply defrosted. Add spinach to the pan, mix and remove from heat. Let the filling cool slightly.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese and add it to the spinach with mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6:
We make a longitudinal incision on the chicken fillet and open it like a book. Beat off each fillet to a thickness of 5 mm. Season the meat with spices to taste.
Step 7:
Apply a thin layer of filling to each fillet.
Step 8:
Roll the fillet into a tight roll and tie it with a thread. Wrap the roll in foil and bake at 190 C for about 20-30 minutes until ready.
