Step 1:
We prepare dietary cottage cheese muffins from natural homemade cottage cheese, with egg white, without yolk, with added sugar, wheat bran and oat flakes. We will prepare the required number of products for muffins according to the list.
Step 2:
We knead the cottage cheese well.
Step 3:
Combine egg white with sugar, add vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Then pour oat flakes and wheat bran into the whipped protein with sugar.
Step 5:
Knead the protein mass for another half minute with a mixer.
Step 6:
Combine the protein mass with cottage cheese.
Step 7:
Cottage cheese with whipped protein mass is well mixed.
Step 8:
Fill the prepared curd mass with cupcake molds, greased with vegetable oil. Silicone molds are ideal for baking.
Step 9:
Place the filled molds in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake the muffins for 40 minutes.
Step 10:
After 40 minutes, the dietary curd muffins are ready, we take them out of the oven.
Step 11:
Let the curd muffins cool completely in the molds, then put them on a dish and serve them on the table for breakfast or afternoon tea.
