Cooking method
1. Wash the chicken, dry it with a paper towel, sprinkle with spices and salt, rub them into the meat.
2. Add half of the mayonnaise and ketchup, coat the meat on all sides. We remove the chicken for half an hour in a cold place.
3. We wash and peel potatoes and carrots. Cut large potatoes, carrots - in circles.
4. Peel the onion and cut a quarter into rings.
5. Put all the vegetables in one container, sprinkle with spices and salt, add the remaining mayonnaise and ketchup, mix.
6. We put the potatoes in the sleeve, put the chicken pieces on top, tie the sleeve.
7. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
