Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The base for the cake will be sand, and the cream of apples and cream. Let's start with the preparation of the dough. In a bowl, put softened margarine or butter on vegetable fats, add thick cream of similar origin, add sugar and mix the ingredients with a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2:
Sift wheat flour, combine with baking powder, add a pinch of vanilla, pour the flour into a bowl with a liquid mixture, add it in parts. Mix the mass with a mixer until it begins to gather into a single mass.
Step 3:
Then quickly assemble the dough into a ball with your hands, the dough is similar in texture to the usual sand, so you don't need to knead it for a long time so that the cake cakes don't turn out solid. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, let's do the cake cream. I wash the apples, clean them, cut out the core with seeds, cut the pulp into cubes, put it in a fireproof dish, add sugar and send it to the microwave oven. Stew the apples for about 5-7 minutes at medium power.
Step 5:
Apples should become soft, with a blender we grind them into a homogeneous mass as a puree in consistency.
Step 6:
When the applesauce cools down, add a pinch of vanilla and cream to it in a bowl. With a mixer or blender, beat them together until a homogeneous cream is obtained, send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 7:
It will become thick after cooling.
Step 8:
Take out the rested dough, divide it into four equal parts.
Step 9:
Roll out each part of the dough into a thin round layer. Bake cakes at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 7 minutes each. You need to focus on the work of your oven. The cakes should be slightly browned on top.
Step 10:
We take out the blanks of the cakes, let them cool down a little, cut off the edges on the plate, making them beautiful and smooth. We grind the trimmings into crumbs, it will be useful for decorating the cake.
Step 11:
Lubricate the cakes with cooled cream and stack them.
Step 12:
Top and sides of the cake are also smeared with cream and sprinkled with sand crumbs. The cake is ready. We let it soak in the refrigerator, leave it for a couple of hours, and serve it to the table. Have a nice tea party!
