Cooking method
In a bowl, sift the flour, add salt and butter at room temperature, rub the ingredients with your hands into crumbs. Then add sour cream and soda to the crumbs, knead a soft plastic dough, pack it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, fry in vegetable oil until soft, then salt and pepper to taste. The processed cheese is grated on a coarse grater and combined with fried onions while it is still hot, mix. Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat with a hand whisk, pour the egg mass to the cooled onion and cheese, mix.
We divide the dough into two parts: a larger and a smaller one. We roll out most of it into a thin layer, place it in a baking dish, the base should turn out with a side. We spread the filling on the base, roll out the rest of the dough, make punctures all over the surface, cover the filling, pinch the edges. Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.
We serve it on the table in a warm form.
