Step 1:
How to make a lula kebab? First, soak the wooden skewers. To do this, take an oblong container, no matter what it will be (container, baking dish, bowl), the main thing is that the sticks completely fit into it. So, pour cold water into a container, put skewers in it and leave them for 1 hour. This must be done so that when baking the skewers do not burn and the meat does not stick to them.
Step 2:
Now take the turkey fillet and wash it well, then dry it with napkins or paper towels. Then finely chop the turkey fillet, then chop it with a heavy knife or a cleaver into coarse minced meat. Soften the butter.
Step 3:
Now peel the onion and finely chop it. Then mix it with chopped turkey minced meat. Add eggs and soft butter to the minced meat and onion in a container, also add salt and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients, bringing them to a homogeneous state. Put the prepared minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4:
After this time, remove the minced la lule kebab from the refrigerator. Wetting your hands in hot water, take a piece of minced meat (for one cradle) and stick the wooden skewer with the resulting chilled minced meat in the form of a small elongated cutlet. Repeat this procedure with the remaining skewers and minced meat.
Step 5:
Put the molded kebabs on a baking sheet covered with foil, or put them in a ceramic patch, for example. Put the turkey cradles in the oven for their subsequent baking (baking temperature 180 ° C). Cook them until golden brown. This will take 20-25 minutes. Turn them over a couple of times while cooking.
Step 6:
Peel the red onion and cut it into thin circles.
Step 7:
Put the turkey kebab on the dish / plate, decorate the dish / plate with red onion rings, sprinkle them with vinegar and olive oil. Enjoy your meal!
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
