Cherry Cupcake

Crumbly dough and cherry sourness - it couldn't be tastier. This cupcake is probably one of the most delicious discoveries of this summer. Of course, I've made cherry pastries before. But this cupcake just won me over. Thanks to the butter and eggs, the dough turned out lush, crumbly, very tender and moderately sweet. A real masterpiece. And with the addition of fresh cherries, this cupcake turned out to be simply exorbitant.

I did a lot of baking with the addition of soft butter and baking powder, but the dough did not turn out as lush as here. The secret was in the long beating of eggs. Because of the butter, they need to be whipped for a long time. If, when whipping eggs with sugar, the mass visually increases by 2-3 times, and you can immediately see how well they are whipped, then again, because of the oil, the splendor of the mass is more difficult to assess. Therefore, it is better to focus on time: you need to beat for at least 2 minutes after adding each egg. And, of course, do not forget to add baking powder. Then the lush dough is provided for you.
