Step 1:
Making the dough. We will prepare the products. We will need 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour and butter.
Step 2:
Mix flour, sugar and soda. Add the chopped butter.
Step 3:
Grind butter with sugar and flour into crumbs with our hands. We'll cut off 1/3 of it. And add sour cream to the rest. Knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour. Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 4:
For the filling, prepare fresh blueberries, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs. Our cottage cheese is liquid. If you have a dry, grainy one, then twist it in a meat grinder. And add sour cream 2 tbsp.l.
Step 5:
Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. I also added starch.
Step 6:
We take out the dough and distribute it according to the form. I have 24cm. I covered it with paper.
Step 7:
Spread half of the filling and blueberries. We wash it in advance and dry it.
Step 8:
Top the rest of the filling and sprinkle with crumbs.We put it to bake in a preheated oven to 180g for 50 minutes.
Step 9:
Take it out and let it cool completely. Then we cut it.
