Beat eggs well with sugar.
Melt the lard, cool a little.
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. It turns out to be quite soft and elastic. Put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Cut out the figures from the dough and spread them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. You can smear jam on top. Bake at 180C until the cookies acquire a pleasant golden color.
