Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar and vanilla, rub the mass until smooth with a hand whisk. Then add cottage cheese to the egg mass, whisk with a blender. It turned out not a thick and not liquid mixture, pour semolina into it, mix thoroughly, leave for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, my poppy seeds, pour boiling water and steam for 10 minutes. We divide the curd mass into two parts, in one of which we add poppy seeds. A detachable baking dish pre-lined with parchment is greased with butter, spread the dough in strips, alternating the dough with and without poppy seeds. Then we randomly draw a knife through the dough touching the bottom to get a pattern.
Bake the casserole for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, then remove from the mold, cool, cut into portions and serve. Very tasty with sour cream and raspberry jam.
