Step-by-step cooking
So, we start by boiling a piece of washed beef until ready. Then put a piece of boiled meat, onion, a few pieces of bacon and melted butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Cover the pan with a lid and put it on low heat.
Then, when the meat is browned on all sides, sprinkle it with sifted flour, pour boiling water and boil for a few minutes. After that, we transfer the meat to another saucepan, pour the sauce filtered through cheesecloth into the same place. Then the salted or pickled mushrooms (I took champignons) are washed with cold water and fried in butter, after that we pour the champignons with lemon juice, put them in a saucepan with beef and mix. Simmer the whole mass until ready.
