Step 1:
To prepare a marble roll, we take chicken breast, gelatin, spices and salt, dill and garlic. We will also need a baking bag. The proportions of the listed products will be prepared according to the list.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken breast into medium cubes.
Step 3:
Chop the dill and garlic cloves finely.
Step 4:
Put the chopped chicken meat in a bowl, pour gelatin, salt and spices, chopped garlic and dill into it, mix everything well.
Step 5:
Put the mass for the roll in a baking bag.
Step 6:
The package with the mass for the roll is tightly tied, so that it is possible to form a sausage from the mass.
Step 7:
We put the tied package in an oblong baking dish.
Step 8:
Put the mold in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Step 9:
After 50 minutes, we take the mold out of the oven and let the roll cool down a little.
Step 10:
Then we transfer the package to a long dish and leave it at room temperature until it cools for another 20-30 minutes.
Step 11:
Next we need to shape the roll and fix it. To do this, you can either wrap a film over the package and tighten it with threads, or you can wrap the package with the mass in a rigid sushi napkin, as in the photo.
Step 12:
In this form, we put the roll in the refrigerator overnight so that it freezes well.
Step 13:
We release the finished roll from the package, it is quite dense and ready for use.
Step 14:
We cut the marble chicken roll into circles, lay them out on a plate and serve them on the table. Beautiful, delicious and unusual.
