Simply amazing culinary recipe of Italian cuisine – pie with mozzarella. All its charm is that it is prepared with lightning speed from ready-made puff pastry bought in the store. This is a great summer food, because it includes fresh tomatoes. It can be served as a separate dish – an appetizer for beer, tea or become part of a hearty lunch. For example, you can serve mashed soups with such a pie. Be sure to take note of it, because everyone who tried it was delighted with this pie.
We cut the washed tomatoes into circles, mozzarella, too. You can try to maintain the same size of tomato and cheese circles. Then the pie will come out even more appetizing and more beautiful. We roll out the dough, put it in a prepared rectangular shape, form small sides. Drain the excess juice from the tomatoes and lay out in even rows in the form of a "ladder": several circles of cheese, tomatoes on them, then cheese again and tomatoes again. We do this until all the dough is filled. Now we salt to taste, sprinkle pepper and send it to a preheated 180-degree oven for about half an hour.
