Step 1:
Hard-boiled eggs, peel, separate the whites from the yolks (proteins will not be needed in this recipe). Mash the boiled egg yolks thoroughly with a fork. Mix the softened butter with brown sugar, salt, vanilla and egg yolks. The resulting mass is divided into 2 equal parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix.
Step 2:
Next, add flour and knead 2 types of dough. Roll out the light and dark dough into layers of the same size
Step 3:
Put a light layer of dough on a dark layer, press it lightly and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 4:
Then trim the edges of the dough layers with a knife. Cut into 4 plates of the same width.
Step 5:
Put two plates of two types of dough together so that the light strip is on the dark one, and the dark one is on the light one.
Step 6:
Cut the dough cubes into 1 cm wide pieces.
Step 7:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the cookie blanks.
Step 8:
Bake cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on the oven).
