1. Peel the carrots, wash them, three on an average grater, you can chop them with a blender.

2. Add orange zest and vanilla sugar to the carrots, pour vegetable oil and pour sugar.

3. At this stage, pour the flakes, flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, mix. The dough turns out not quite similar to the usual dough, it is rougher.

4. We spread the mass on a baking sheet, distribute it evenly, use a knife to outline the boundaries of the liver and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake cookies for 20 minutes.

5. When the baking cools down a little, we divide the cookies with our hands, put them on a dish and serve them on the table.
