Step-by-step cooking
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, butter, cream and half of the zest. Knead the dough, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar, cottage cheese, zest and starch. Add the whipped whites to the foam.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment into a thin circle. Put it in a greased form.
Pour in the filling, spread the sliced peaches on top. Bake for 45 minutes . at 200 °C.
