Roll the dough into a ball, put it on the bottom of the bowl, cover it with cling film and put it in the heat for 1 hour.
6. At this time, we make sprinkling: chop the nuts, mix them with sugar and cinnamon.
7. The approached dough is rolled out into a very thin layer (no more than 3-4 mm) and cut into thin strips (1.5 cm).
8. Foil tubes are wrapped with foil, we wind strips of dough on them.
9. Lubricate the future cookies with protein, and sprinkle the sprinkles on the work surface and roll the turbofan over it.
10. We put the tubes with cookies on the baking dish so that the tubes are suspended.
