Royal cheesecake with apples

Even tastier, more tender and more fragrant than usual! Try to bake! Royal cheesecake is delicious on its own, but if you add apples to it, it will turn out even better. Especially mixed with cinnamon. A very warm treat - just right for a winter evening. But in summer, evening tea will also be a great treat. Especially if your loved ones do not like cottage cheese in its raw form.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

First prepare the dough:

1. Put the butter in a bowl. It is better if it is slightly softened. If you have not taken the butter out of the refrigerator in advance, then just cut it into small pieces or rub it on a grater.
2. Add soda and sugar to the butter.
3. Sift the flour and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
4. Rub the contents of the bowl until you get a crumb. It is convenient to do this with your hands.

Now let's do the filling:

1. Put the cottage cheese in another bowl.
2. Break two eggs and combine them with cottage cheese.
3. Pour sugar into a bowl.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Wash the apples, cut out the cores. The skin can be cleaned - in this case, the cheesecake will turn out more tender. Cut the apples into small pieces.
6. Add cinnamon to the apples, roll them in it.
7. Combine apples with cinnamon with cottage cheese, mix.

And now we will cook the cake itself:

1. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
2. Divide the dough in the form of crumbs in half. Pour the first half on the bottom of the mold and on the sides.
3. Lay out a layer of filling.
4. Pour the remaining crumbs on top.
5. Put the form with the future cheesecake in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake it for about 30-40 minutes (until browned).

Have a nice tea party!
