Walnuts for the recipe need to be crushed – you can in a meat grinder, you can chop with a knife. If the nuts are chopped with a knife, you need to pre-fry in a frying pan without oil.
Quince should be thoroughly washed, then peeled, cut, remove the cores. Now the quince should be cut into pieces – you can cut into slices. Take a baking sheet, coat it with vegetable oil and place the quince pieces tightly together. From above, carefully coat the quince with honey and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Evenly distribute the pieces of butter over the quince.
Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes. When the quince is ready, pour the fruit with the syrup that has been released. Arrange the quince on plates and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top. Serve with an appetite.
