Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. While the dough is being prepared, the oven will warm up.
Step 2:
Beat in the egg, add powdered sugar and butter (or margarine) at room temperature
Step 3:
Stir this mixture. A kitchen machine or a mixer does it for me.
Step 4:
Add kefir. Mix again
Step 5:
Since flour behaves differently in the dough depending on humidity, gluten, it may take more or less. I advise you to sift the flour and divide it conditionally into two unequal parts. Add baking powder and soda to most of the flour and mix. And gradually add to our mixture. As soon as it is finished, add the remaining flour, also in parts, adjusting the consistency. The dough should turn out liquid, slightly thicker than pancakes.
Step 6:
Lubricate the cupcake molds with vegetable oil. I didn't do it, I just took paper cupcake molds. Pour about a tablespoon of dough into the molds
Step 7:
Then add a teaspoon of jam to the dough, which is already in the molds
Step 8:
Then cover all muffins with the rest of the dough. Then send our muffins to a preheated 200 C oven for 20 minutes and bake until golden brown. The time and temperature are given approximately.
