Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Cover the baking sheet with foil, smear it with vegetable oil. Eggplant and bell pepper are washed, pricked with a fork, rubbed with oil and spread on a baking sheet. We cover the vegetables with foil and put them to bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, the vegetables must be left in the oven.

Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Previously, you can remove the skin, fill them with boiling water for a couple of minutes, and then rinse with cold water. After that, the skin is well removed.

Cut the onion into small cubes, press the garlic, cut the hot pepper into circles.

Mix onion, garlic, hot pepper and tomatoes. Let's let everything marinate a little in tomato juice. Chop the greens with a knife, spread on top of the tomato mixture.

We will peel the baked vegetables warm and cut into cubes.
We combine everything, salt, pepper to taste and season with vegetable oil. Stir and let it brew for two hours in the refrigerator.

Wonderful raw eggplant caviar is ready, we serve it to the table! Enjoy your meal.
