Step 1:
Sauce. To prepare the sauce, we will need: tomato paste, fresh basil, a mixture of freshly ground peppers.
Step 2:
Wash, dry and finely chop the basil. If there are no fresh herbs, you can use dried.
Step 3:
Combine tomato paste with basil and pepper mixture. Stir until smooth.
Step 4:
Filling. For the filling, we will need: pizza mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and smoked sausage (I have salami).
Step 5:
Cut the Mozzarella into thin slices.
Step 6:
Wash cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into slices.
Step 7:
Also cut the salami into thin slices.
Step 8:
Dough. To prepare pizza dough, we will need: flour, eggs, water (boiling water), olive oil and salt.
Step 9:
Sift the flour with a slide. Add salt to the sifted flour.
Step 10:
Make a recess in the center and pour boiling water into it.
Step 11:
Knead the steep dough. Add eggs and olive oil. Continue kneading the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
Step 12:
Divide the finished dough into 2 equal parts. You don't have to split it if you want to make a large pizza on the whole baking sheet.
Step 13:
Roll out each part into a circle and form a heart shape from each circle. I do this with the help of a bottom from a split mold.I just put it on the dough and gather the edges around it, forming low sides at the same time. In the same way, form a second heart from the dough.
Step 14:
Transfer the resulting blanks to a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 15:
Grease the dough with sauce.
Step 16:
Spread mozzarella slices on top of the sauce. Mozzarella can not be cut, but grated on a coarse grater.
Step 17:
Lay out the circles of tomatoes and sausage. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C. Enjoy your meal!
