Every hostess will surely have more than one way to prepare an apple pie for the arrival of guests. And with the arrival of autumn and a rich harvest of apples, this food is becoming increasingly popular. In a large bowl, mix flour and oat flakes and rub them well with margarine. Add water, and knead the dough a little so that it turns out thick and homogeneous.
After that, roll out the dough in a layer and put it in a baking dish. Align the edges, cover the top with parchment paper and fill the free space with beans. The pieces of dough remaining when cutting the edges, gather into a ball, roll out and cut out any figures with a special mold.
Bake the pie for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. Then wrap the paper with the beans and continue to bake the dough for another 10-15 minutes, until it turns golden brown. Bake the dough figures separately also until golden brown.
Then peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into slices. Put in a saucepan together with plums, sugar and starch. Stirring constantly, keep on low heat until the fruit is softened. Lay out the filling and decorate the finished pie with apples and plums with dough figures.
