Step 1:

The dough will rise under the lid and fill the container.

Spread the dough out of the bowl and form a smooth ball.

We collect the edges and pinch. We spread the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Leave in the heat for 15 minutes to rise.

Mix flour, cold butter and sugar for crumbs.

I really like to bake such buns on weekends - it has already become a good family tradition. Guests often come to us these days or neighbors just come in for a cup of tea, that's when the buns become a treat. Sometimes I stuff them with boiled condensed milk - my kids just love this option. The recipe for the dough is very successful, but I think it won't matter for the filling. Buns are not just soft, but airy.
