Step 1:
How to make cupcakes on yogurt in molds? We will prepare our products. The dough is made quickly, so turn on the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
Step 2:
In a deep bowl, combine sugar, eggs, a pinch of vanilla. Whisk into a fluffy mass.
Step 3:
Add yogurt and mix again.
Step 4:
Mix the baking powder with flour and add it to our mass. Mix well so that the dough is smooth. You may have more or less flour, look at the consistency of the dough.
Step 5:
Well, add vegetable oil and coconut chips. Mix everything very well.
Step 6:
Finished dough.
Step 7:
Distribute the dough into molds. I inserted paper inserts into my silicone cupcake mold and filled them with 2/3 of the dough. We put the mold in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Check readiness with a dry stick. If it's dry, the cupcakes are ready)))
Step 8:
Cool the cupcakes on the grill) Here are some beauties turned out))
Step 9:
This is how the cupcake looks inside - soft and loose. And very fragrant and delicious)
Step 10:
Bon appetit!
Although I put cupcakes in paper cups in my silicone mold, you don't have to do this at all. It's just that I like this pastry more outwardly in this form. Nothing sticks in the silicone mold, it doesn't even need to be lubricated with anything - cupcakes are pulled out of it easily and without problems.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
