Cooking method
To start, sift the flour, pour it into a bowl, add sugar and baking powder to it. Mix everything well.
Margarine is better to get out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is soft. But if you haven't done that, it's okay - just chop it into small pieces. Add margarine to the flour mixture and grind everything into crumbs. You need to do it with your hands.
That's how easy we made the dough, and it's even easier to cook the filling. To do this, we will grind the cottage cheese with sugar. Then add the eggs (after each thoroughly mix the filling). Raisins, well washed and dried with a towel or napkins, are added here as well. Stir.
Grease the baking dish with oil, put half of the resulting crumbly dough into it. Spread the curd filling on top of it. The next layer is the remaining dough.
We send the form to a well-heated oven (200 degrees) until the cheesecake is browned. The average baking time is about 45 minutes.
