Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Warm up the milk and put the pressed yeast in it, rub it with a spoon.
Step 3:
Add sugar and sour cream, mix until smooth. Leave the resulting mass for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4:
Beat the egg with a whisk and add to the dough, stir.
Step 5:
Pour flour and mix well with a spoon.
Step 6:
It turns out a thick dough that needs to be left in a warm room for 50 minutes.
Step 7:
The dough will increase by 2 times, and you can make cookies from it.
Step 8:
Divide the dough into 2 parts, as thin layers are needed.
Step 9:
Roll out each ball into a 0.5 cm thick layer. Cut out circles with a glass. You can cut out triangles or asterisks with special molds.
Step 10:
Arrange the circles on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Lubricate the surface with sunflower oil and sprinkle sugar on top.
Step 11:
You should bake yeast cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Step 12:
Remove the cookies with a spatula and put them on a plate. In a warm form, serve pastries to a hot drink to taste. Enjoy your meal!
