Step 1:

Put the dough form in a hot oven and bake the cake base at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, remove the baked cake from the oven.

We transfer the cake from the mold to the grill and let it cool down a little.

For the cream, combine sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla in a separate container.

Beat the cream for a minute, then add a thickener to it.
Step 15:
Beat the cream for another 2 minutes, until thickened.
Step 16:
Part of the cream is applied to the bottom cake.
Step 17:
Cover the cream layer with the top cake and cover the surface of the top cake with the remaining cream.
Step 18:
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Step 19:
Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
Step 20:
We decorate the cake with powdered sugar and jam and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
