Thin pizza with cheese with mold mozzarella and pears

An unusual combination of savory cheese and sweet pears! You will be a little surprised to read the recipe for this pizza with cheese with mold, mozzarella and pears - there are no tomatoes or sausage in it. But, nevertheless, this is a very common type of dessert pizza. It successfully combines sweet and salty flavors, crispy and delicate textures!

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the products. Flour must be pre-sifted. Take the mozzarella that is for pizza, it goes with a big bar, not balls. I have the usual vegetable oil. Pears are better to take hard varieties. Put the nuts as desired.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In warm water at a temperature of about 40 degrees, dissolve yeast and salt. Do not take too hot water, yeast is a living organism, they can die.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We take flour and, gradually adding water and oil to it, we begin to knead the dough. You can do it with your hands, you can use a mixer. Knead until smooth and homogeneous. Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel and put them in a warm place without drafts for half an hour. I usually use an oven. Only not turned on, but cold. After half an hour, we knead the dough and leave it for another half hour.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

The finished dough should double in size. We roll it into the desired shape, I have a circle.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put the dough on parchment on a baking sheet. Lubricate with oil.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Lay the mozzarella cut into plates.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Put a pear on it, cut into thin slices.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Lay out pieces of gorgonzola on top.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

And, if desired, throw a handful of walnuts.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Bake the pizza in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 20 minutes. My pizza was baked for about 25, I was guided by the appearance. Bon appetit!

This number of products is designed for two round pizzas with a diameter of 28 cm.
The pizza turns out very tasty! The dough is thin and crispy, the pear is tender and sweet, the cheese gives a barely perceptible sharp taste. On top, for more sweetness, I poured honey on the pizza.
You can take cedar nuts for pizza, they go perfectly with such cheeses.
Instead of gorgonzola, take a more affordable door blue, I think there will be no difference.
Instead of mozzarella, you can make a creamy sauce. To do this, mix any curd cheese with cream to the state of sauce and spread it on the pizza base.
