Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Zucchini for this dish is better to take young, tender and juicy. Young zucchini do not need to remove the skin, it is soft, and remove the core with seeds, since they are not mature, and the flesh is also tender. It is better to take minced meat from a mixture of beef and pork, it will make the dish more juicy, soft and tender to the taste.
Step 2:
Zucchini is well washed, dried and cut into circles about 1 centimeter thick. Lightly sprinkle them with salt and let them lie down for a while. Meanwhile, we are working on other ingredients.
Step 3:
If you cook the minced meat yourself, then it is necessary to twist the cooled or thawed and washed meat in a meat grinder with the addition of onions. If the minced meat is used ready, then add finely chopped onion, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the stuffing from the minced meat. Since the cooking time of zucchini, tomatoes and minced meat is different, minced meat with onions will be put in a frying pan with butter. And so it will turn out even tastier.
Step 4:
They did not soften quickly and did not give extra moisture to the dish. Tomatoes are cut into circles about 1 centimeter thick. Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Spread the circles of zucchini on a greased baking sheet.
Step 5:
Spread the prepared minced meat on top with a spoon. Minced meat can be sprinkled with crushed garlic on top, it will give a special flavor.
Step 6:
Cover with a tomato circle.
Step 7:
Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. We put the form with zucchini in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. We serve the appetizer to the table, optionally with fresh herbs and some sauce. Enjoy your meal!
